Please find details of the Deposit system for access to the halls on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th November 2008 by selecting the above link.
All Shell Stands will be completed 12 noon Tuesday 25th November 2008, including Stand interiors and electrical work, in readiness for delivery of Exhibits. Exhibitors are required to achieve a "Ready to Open" state for the Show by 10.00pm on Wednesday 26th November 2008 at the latest.
Hall 2, 3, 3a Exhibitors

All Shell Scheme Exhibitors Please Note
All goods MUST be removed from stands by 12 midnight on Sunday 7th December 2008.
All 2, 3 and 3A Exhibitors not removing bikes on stands on Sunday 7th December are asked to move machinery into Hall 1 for collection the following day for security reasons.
All Stand-fitting Contractors Please Note
All Stands must be dismantled and rubbish cleared from the Halls by 4.00pm on Monday 8th December 2008 in Halls 2, 3 or 3a; this time is extended to 4.00pm on Tuesday 9th December for Hall 1 stands.
All stand-fitting and contractors materials should be removed from the halls at the times stated above. If rubbish (including carpet) is not cleared by the time stipulated, penalty costs will be incurred and passed directly to the exhibitor.
To allow for the smooth running of the breakdown of the International Motor Cycle & Scooter Show all Contractors must strictly observe and obey the buildup and breakdown times. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted within the Halls at any time.
All Exhibitors must guarantee that their complete Stand, including all stand fittings and carpet, is removed from the Halls by the time stipulated. Surcharges will be incurred if the tenancy is not adhered to, and these charges will be passed directly to offending Exhibitor(s).
