If a disabled visitor to the Show requires assistance, then we allow free access to the Show for the carer. Visit the Organisers Office in Hall2, upon production of a full priced ticket a complimentary ticket will be given.

No, from 1st July there will be no smoking allowed inside the Halls. Smoking will be permitted in the Atrium outside the Show entrances.
Customers found to be smoking within the Show may be subject to on-the-spot £50.00 fines.
Yes, please feel free to take photos or record footage.
A helmet park will be available on site, run by the charity Riders For Health, a charge of £2.00 will be made to have your helmet kept in the park for the duration of the day. You can also store a full set of leathers for £2 or just a jacket for £1.
Only Guide Dogs are allowed in the Show.
Cloakrooms are located on the concourse area outside the Show.
The cost is £1.00 per item.
Children aged 10 and under get into the Show free with a paying adult.
A free crèche for children aged between 2 & 8.
Senior Citzens are considered to be aged 60 or over.

The cost of parking is £8.00 per car, and there is a free secure under cover Bike Park. (Subject to availability).
The 2007 Show will offer a Secure, undercover bike park where all visitors who arrive at the Show on two wheels can leave their bike for free. The park will be manned by NEC security staff and the park will allow visitors to the Show to change in the dry and gain peace of mind their prized possession will be looked after.
The Bike Park is subject to availability.
Upon entry to the secure, under cover Bike Park, you will be issued with a unique ticket that you will need to keep. Upon redemption of your ticket your bike will be released to you.
