Preview Day allowed visitors access to all the Show features FREE OF CHARGE. So for £28.00 (Adults) not only get the first public viewing of the Show, an hour extra, more celebrities, more staff on exhibitor stands, more opportunities to participate in the interactive feature areas, they also also were able to participate in the Mini Moto and Karting, visit the Thunderdome Games Arena and the Wall of Death ALL FREE OF CHARGE.
If a disabled visitor to the Show requires assistance, then we allow free access to the Show for the carer. Visit the Organisers Office in Hall2, upon production of a full priced ticket a complimentary ticket will be given.

In accordance with the Health Act 2006 smoking is not allowed within the Show or the NEC.
The Piazza main entrance canopy area and the North Gardens in the centre of the Piazza are the designated smoking areas.

A helmet park was available on site, run by the charity Riders For Health.
Only Guide Dogs are allowed in the Show.
Cloakrooms are located on the concourse area outside the Show.
Children aged 10 and under get into the Show free with a paying adult.
Neither the Show or the NEC offer any Creche facilities.
Senior Citzens are considered to be aged 60 or over.
No student discount is offered.

The 2009 Show will offer a Secure, undercover bike park where all visitors who arrive at the Show on two wheels can leave their bike for free. The park will be manned by NEC security staff and the park will allow visitors to the Show to change in the dry and gain peace of mind their prized possession will be looked after.
The Bike Park is subject to availability.
Upon entry to the secure, under cover Bike Park, you will be issued with a unique ticket that you will need to keep. Upon redemption of your ticket your bike will be released to you.
